Joelle Caron is the founder and President of TRUE NORTH Finance & Accounting Inc. Joelle has experience in recruiting finance and accounting professionals since 2001. Prior to starting her own firm, Joelle was employed by an International recruiting firm where she was one of the builders of the Winnipeg office and was instrumental in developing the permanent placement business in the Winnipeg marketplace. During her tenure, Joelle reached President's Club status which classified her in the top 30 in the world for the Company. Joelle has over 20 years of hands-on accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service, transportation and real estate. Joelle advanced from junior accounting positions to management roles and has transferred her experiences to coach and advise candidates through their own career progression. Joelle is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba and has formed strong relationships with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba (CPA) and their members. Joelle's focus is to meet and place candidates suited to the mid-level accounting to senior finance executive positions.
